Math Lessons for Feb. 4th
Math(2nd,4th,5th)
Monday: The students will determine whether figures are similar and find a missing length in a
pair of similar figures. The students will also classify polygons and determine which polygons
can form a tessellation. 7.3.spi.1 The class will discuss and complete pgs. 442 through 449
together.
Homework: None
Tuesday: The students will identify the results of transformations of two-dimensional figures
7.3.spi.1 They will also identify the results of transformations of two-dimensional figures.
The class will complete the exercises on page 457.
Homework: pg. 458(7-15)
Wednesday: The students will review all of Chapter 10. We will prepare for test on Thursday.
Wednesday: Study for Test.
Thursday: Test on Chapter 10.
Friday: The students will connect rational numbers to locations on the number line. 7.1.spi.11
The class will discuss examples on pgs. 370 and 371. The students will complete worksheet 9-1
independently.
Math(3rd)
Monday: The students will attend a seminar with the APEX teacher.
